If you live locally we now offer delivery! We deliver to the local Crediton area on Fridays and Exeter on Saturday.
Delivery costs are dependent on location, for the immediate area around the shop we offer free delivery. For Exeter and areas outside of Crediton delivery is £4.
When you input your address and postcode at checkout, it will automatically show if your area is included in the delivery radius.
To be eligible for a return, the products in your box must be unopened. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@coxbutchers.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you via phone or email to arrange a refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, past its ‘Use By’ date or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
We do not accept returns for gift cards or vouchers.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@coxbutchers.co.uk.
